Chichester Harbour Conservancy The statutory Harbour Authority responsible for the safety of navigation, the regulation of moorings, works and dredging, enforcement of harbour byelaws and the collection of dues and charges.
Chichester Federation The Federation plays a prominent role in the management of Chichester Harbour through its representation on both the Advisory Committee and the Conservancy, and has been affiliated to the RYA since 1950. Chichester Harbour Federation Regatta Week, better known as ‘Fed Week’, established in 1963, has become one of the most popular national dinghy regattas and attracts in excess of 400 entries each year.
